Cancellation Policy

If your reservation is cancelled:

40 or more days before your arrival date, we shall refund the deposit in full (any costs incurred are covered by the guest)
25 to 39 days before your arrival date, we will refund 40% of the deposit (any costs incurred are covered by the guest)
24 days or less before your arrival, no deposit is refundable
In case of non-show or departure before the scheduled date, you will be charged with the full amount of your stay

Standard Studios

Standard studios could host up to 3 people. The rooms are well decorated and cozy. Each one is individually designed and fully equipped.

Superior Studios

The complex has 2 superior studios for up to 4 people. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Enjoy your breakfast at the balcony, staring at the Aegean sea.

Apartment

The apartment can accommodate 5 people. It has a spacious living room, two comfortable bedrooms and a really beautiful balcony. It is a unique apartment to make you feel like in your home.
